中非广播电视媒体秉持“真诚友好、平等相待，互利共赢、共同发展，主持公道、捍卫正义，顺应时势、开放包容”的中非友好合作精神，合作展现和塑造真实立体全面的中国形象和非洲国家形象。双方积极建立新闻交换交流机制、开展频道和栏目合作、推进新闻报道合作，以客观、全面、理性的积极报道，有效提升了中非国际话语权，加强中非合作国际影响力，唱响中非团结友好的主旋律。
China-Africa media uphold the spirit of China-Africa friendship and cooperation, which is characterized by sincere friendship and equality, win-win for mutual benefit and common development, fairness and justice, progress with the times, and openness and inclusiveness. Through their collaboration, they aim to present and shape a true, multi-dimensional, and panoramic image of China and African countries. Both sides actively establish news exchange mechanisms, engage in channel and program cooperation, and promote collaborative news reporting. Their objective, comprehensive, and positive coverage has effectively enhanced China-Africa’s international discourse power, strengthened the global influence of China-Africa cooperation, and highlighted the core values of solidarity and friendship between China and Africa.
（一）搭建协同平台，共创新闻合作机制
(I) Building Collaborative Platforms and Media Cooperation Mechanisms
中非媒体机构建立了良好的合作关系与合作机制，通过内容共享和定制化报道合作，携手打破西方媒体报道对于中国、非洲形象的偏见，共同讲好中非互利共赢、共同发展的故事。
Chinese and African media organizations have forged strong partnerships and cooperation mechanisms. By sharing content and engaging in customized reporting, they work together to counteract biases in Western media coverage of China and Africa, effectively telling stories of mutual benefit and shared development.
截至2024年8月，共有31个非洲国家的50家主流媒体参与中国中央广播电视总台“非洲伙伴”媒体朋友圈合作机制。
As of August 2024, 50 mainstream media outlets from 31 African countries have participated in the African Partners media circle cooperation mechanism initiated by China Media Group (CMG).
（二）扩大触达范围，拓展新闻播出渠道
(II) Expanding Coverage and Diversifying News Broadcasting Channels
配合联合国环境大会，CGTN英语与肯尼亚英文媒体TV47合作录制《同一世界 同一片天空》
CGTN英语频道、法语频道、阿语频道积极与非洲主流媒体合作，着力推进合作传播，通过记者做客当地媒体演播室、共享报道内容等方式，延伸报道角度，拓展传播平台，扩大新闻节目的触达范围。
CGTN English Channel, French Channel, and Arabic Channel actively cooperate with mainstream African media, focusing on advancing joint communication. Through initiatives such as having journalists appear as guests on local media programs and sharing reporting content, they extend reporting angles, broaden communication platforms, and expand the reach of their news programs.
（三）共述合作故事，深化新闻报道合作
