中国视听科技正以网络视频化、视频超高清化、沉浸化、智能化快速发展，并努力使发展成果惠及非洲各国。中国积极支持非洲广播电视数字化升级改造，持续开展对非援建工程项目，与非洲广播电视实现共同繁荣。

China's audiovisual technology is rapidly advancing towards networked video, ultra-high-definition video, immersive experiences, and intelligent systems, with efforts being made to ensure that these development achievements benefit African countries. In this spirit, China actively supports the digital upgrading and transformation of African broadcasting and television, continuously launching aid projects in Africa, with the aim of achieving shared prosperity in broadcasting and television across both sides.

（一）“万村通”点亮非洲，打开了解世界的窗口

(I) ***10,000 Villages*, Illuminating Africa and Opening a Window to the World**

“万村通”数字卫星电视项目是中国国家主席习近平在2015年中非合作论坛约翰内斯堡峰会上提出的中非人文领域合作举措之一，旨在为非洲30多个国家的一万多个村落接入卫星数字电视信号，丰富非洲当地人民文化生活，促进中非文化交流和民心相通。

The 10,000 Villages digital satellite television project is one of the cultural cooperation initiatives proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the 2015 Johannesburg Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation. It aims to connetct over 10,000 villages in more than 30 African countries to digital satellite TV, enriching the cultural lives of local African people and enhancing cultural exchanges and people-to-people bonds between China and Africa.

截至2023年12月，中国“万村通”项目已顺利完成在非洲21个国家的建设工作，覆盖非洲9512个村庄，直接受益家庭超过19万户。

As of December 2023, the 10,000 Villages project has successfully completed construction in 21 African countries, covering 9,512 villages and directly benefiting over 190,000 households.

1. Several African Presidents Attended Launch or Completion Ceremonies

（1）2018年5月16日，时任中非总统图瓦德拉出席“万村通”中非项目启动仪式。

(1)On May 16, 2018, Faustin-Archange Touadéra, then President of the Central African Republic, attended the launch ceremony of the 10,000 Villages project in the Central African Republic.

（2）2018年6月25日，时任赞比亚总统埃德加·伦古出席“万村通”赞比亚项目启动仪式。

(2)On June 25, 2018, Edgar Lungu, then President of Zambia, attended the launch ceremony of the 10,000 Villages project in Zambia.

（3）2020年12月11日，莫桑比克总统纽西出席“万村通”莫桑比克项目竣工仪式。

（1）2024年，非洲国家的偏远村庄通过“万村通”项目收看到卫星数字电视转播的非洲杯赛事。

(1)In 2024, remote villages in African countries were able to watch the Africa Cup of Nations broadcast via satellite digital TV, thanks to the 10,000 Villages project.
