优秀视听作品是增进中非文化交流、民心相通的重要桥梁。国家广电总局积极鼓励中国优秀视听节目在非本土化译制播出，截至2023年年底，已支持237部视听作品及180期农业节目译制为7种语言在非洲国家播出。同时，一批优秀非洲视听作品在中国播出，大大增进了中非人民的彼此认同和好感。
Outstanding audiovisual works serve as important bridges for enhancing cultural exchanges and fostering people-to-people connections between China and Africa. The National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) of China encourages the localization and broadcasting of China’s premier audiovisual programs in Africa. By the end of 2023, 237 audiovisual works and 180 agricultural programs had been translated into seven languages and broadcast across various countries in Africa with NRTA’s support. Meanwhile, a selection of excellent African audiovisual works has been broadcast in China, significantly strengthening mutual understanding and goodwill between the people of China and Africa.
（一）传播经典节目，增进民众相互了解
(I) Broadcasting Classic Programs to Foster Mutual Understanding
1.中国的《超越》《三十而已》《西游记》《欢乐颂》等电视剧、《熊出没》等动画片、《舌尖上的中国》等纪录片，受到非洲观众的欢迎和喜爱。
1. Chinese TV dramas, such as Beyond, Nothing But Thirty, Journey to the West and Ode to Joy, along with animated series like Boonie Bears, and documentaries such as A Bite of China have been well received by African audiences.

非洲的《探索乌干达》《探访卢旺达》《一年级生》等优秀视听作品在中国主流媒体和新媒体平台播出，全网总播放量超过千万，广受中国观众的好评。
African audiovisual works such as Exploring Uganda, Visiting Rwanda and The First Grader have been aired on mainstream media platforms in China, garnering over ten million views and widespread acclaim from Chinese audiences.

1. Seeing China, Global Broadcasting Initiative
“视听中国 全球播映”活动已促成200多部中国视听节目在54个非洲国家近60个主流媒体上播放。
Seeing China, Global Broadcasting initiative has facilitated the broadcasting of over 200 Chinese audiovisual programs across more than 50 mainstream media outlets in nearly 60 African countries.
2024年3月至10月，在“视听中国 全球播映”框架下，《大江大河2》《天天成长记》《梦娃》等节目在尼日利亚、坦桑尼亚、肯尼亚、乌干达、卢旺达、南非、刚果（金）、刚果（布）、布隆迪、几内亚等国播出。
From March to October 2024, under this initiative, programs such as Like a Flowing River 2, Everyday Growth, and Dream Baby broadcast in Nigeria, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Republic of Congo, Burundi, and Guinea.

2.北京优秀影视剧海外展播季
2. Beijing Outstanding Film and Television Overseas Exhibition Season
北京市广播电视局自2014年开展“北京优秀影视剧海外展播季”品牌活动。截至2024年7月底，展播季项目将170余部优秀中国影视剧翻译成英、法、葡、阿拉伯等7种语言在非洲播出，覆盖非洲51个国家和80%以上人口，在肯尼亚、尼日利亚、南非、摩洛哥、科特迪瓦等12个国家举办落地活动。
Since 2014, the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau has organized the Beijing Outstanding Film and Television Overseas Exhibition Season. As of July 2024, this project has translated over 170 outstanding Chinese film and television dramas into seven languages, including English, French, Portuguese, and Arabic, broadcasting them across 51 African countries, covering more than 80% of the continent’s population. Events have been held in 12 countries, including Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, Morocco, and Côte d'Ivoire.
第六届中非媒体合作论坛期间，北京局指导爱奇艺、优酷推出“中非视听节目展播季”，搭建中非视听交流专区，集纳推送视听文艺精品内容。
During the 6th Forum on China-Africa Media Cooperation & China-Africa Think Tank High-Level Dialogue, the Beijing Bureau will direct iQIYI and YOUKU to launch the China-Africa Audiovisual Program Exhibition Season, creating a special zone for China-Africa audiovisual exchanges and promoting high-quality content.
2023年5月，北京优秀影视剧海外展播季举行“中国-非洲-阿拉伯视听之夜”
In May 2023, the Beijing Outstanding Film and Television Overseas Exhibition Season held the China-Africa-Arab Audiovisual Night.

3. Wonderful Africa Screening Season of Audio-Visual Content
2024年8月至10月，中国国家广播电视总局举办“精彩非洲”视听节目展播季活动，精选20多个非洲国家30余部视听作品及中非合拍节目，通过大屏小屏联动展播，展现多彩非洲、魅力非洲，进一步增进中非文化交流、民心相通。
From August to October 2024, the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) of China will host the Wonderful Africa Screening Season of Audio-Visual Content, featuring over 30 audiovisual works and China-Africa co-productions from more than 20 African countries. These programs will be showcased across various platforms, highlighting Africa's vibrant and captivating culture, further promoting cultural exchange and people-to-people ties between China and Africa.

自2016年起，中方陆续在坦桑尼亚、尼日利亚、科特迪瓦、南非、莫桑比克等国家举办了20多场“中国影视剧配音大赛”，寻找斯瓦希里语、豪萨语、祖鲁语等非洲本地语种的“好声音”。
Since 2016, over 20 Chinese Film and Television Dubbing Competitions have been held in countries such as Tanzania, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, South Africa, and Mozambique, in search of ‘golden voices’ in local African languages like Swahili, Hausa, and Zulu.

A Zulu translation and dubbing center has been established in Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Swahili center in Tanzania.

中国在音视频智能译制配音技术方面位居全球前列，助力中非视听节目国际传播。
China is at the forefront of intelligent audio and video translation and dubbing technology in the world, supporting the international dissemination of China-Africa audiovisual programs.
简视科技旗下“微大使”智能国际传播平台通过AI技术开展节目译制运营，已翻译制作3000余部视听作品，其中英语、法语和葡萄牙语译配作品通过海外社交媒体账号传播至非洲十多个国家和地区，累计观看次数达3500万以上，曝光量超过1亿次。
VDUS, a smart international communication platform under Wuhan EZ-Media Technology Co., Ltd., leverages AI technology for the translation and distribution of programs. To date, it has translated and distributed over 3,000 audiovisual works, among which the works translated and dubbed in English, French, and Portuguese have been shared across social media platforms in more than 10 countries and regions in Africa, accumulating over 35 million views and surpassing 100 million impressions.
